First, what’s included in a Ripley’s Aquarium birthday party?
The Aquarium’s standard birthday party package is for up to 25 guests between the ages of 4-10. The Aquarium can also host birthday parties for up to 40 guests.
The get together takes place in a vibrant, decorated, private party room and is hosted by a Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada educator.
That’s right, Mom and Dad can just kick back and enjoy!
The educator/host will manage the whole birthday party for you guiding the kids through a take-home craft, a wicked science experiment, a learning session on an Aquarium creature, and an awesome game.

At the end of the party, every kid will receive a loot bag which contains a key chain, a Ripley’s colouring book and more.
What about food, drinks and cake?
This ain’t no bowling birthday party.
No outside food or drink is permitted at a birthday party at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada.
You either have to eat before arriving or after having your party.
Or, for an additional fee, you can have the Aquarium provide cheese or pepperoni pizza and/or birthday cake.
When should you book your kid’s birthday party?
Having a birthday party at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada is a very popular thing to do.
To avoid disappointment, the Aquarium recommends that you submit your request to book your child’s party 8 weeks in advance.
How much does a birthday party at Ripley’s Aquarium cost
The cost for a standard birthday party package at the Aquarium, for up to 25 guests, is $600 + HST.
For a party with up to 40 guests, the cost is $750 + HST.
Want to include pizza? It’s an additional $17.99 + HST for a 12-slice pie
Want to include birthday cake? You’re looking at $5.50 + HST per jar cake (i.e., individual birthday cake that is served in a jar.)
